"I started working for Jeppesen in spring of 2015 and found the company in a transitory state between project management methodologies. While this was an exciting time to join it was also frustrating in that senior management wasn't wholly onboard with AGILE let alone the SaFE methodology they were pushing for. This created a lot of confusion, problems and roadblocks in project execution, but it didn't take away from the company's desire to be a better company and be a better company for its employees which it always pushed to achieve."
