"Management can get us involved with management level activities more often."

What do you like about working at Eagle Creek Software Services?
"They laid people of because of Obama care and decided to do this after the election"
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"More instruction on the core classes that are used in the development of the team. There is a lot of young people working with little or no working experience. I think that overall that the company is a descent place. But the city of Pierre South Dakota gave them the building but they have to employee a certain amount of people for the city to keep them from paying rent. They are below that standard and it is something that needs to be addressed."
What don't you like about working at Eagle Creek Software Services?
"I wanted to learn how to develop in java and android applications"

"There is really no set frame work for management. other than it is a maxtrix based company which is a poor idea."

"Be prepared that IDEXX will be asking the most from you and will be extremely challenging"

"The fact that management created a work atmosphere that required employees to work months on end without a day off."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Better scoping of projects will set up the IT teams to create better products within the proposed time lines and won't require as much overtime near deadlines."
