"The people. They were very pleasant to work with for the most part, with a couple of exceptions of course, which is alwasys the case with any firm."

"None. This is a situation where there are too many variables to try to narrow it down to a couple of tips. Basically, one is on their own."

What don't you like about working at Jacobs?

"The type of working was non-varying. Many attempts - 6 in all - were made to try to do something different than construction shop drawing reviewing and the like to no avail."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Give employees the opportunity to experience other tasks. The ability to do this make them a better asset to the firm, as well as bettering themselves."
