"Some people became irrate when they learned they owe taxes when they were expecting a refund."

"I had one of the best supervisors. She dealt with the people who became irrate and she did it in such a wonderful way. My suggestion to her would be to take a wonderful vacation after tax season."

"I did not like the level of support that our office had with the corporate office, but then again they were in the process of reorganizing and restructuring."
