"I worked at the Jack in the Box corporate office for 2 and a half years. While the work life balance was great and my co-workers were second to none, the leadership within the IT department was lacking. There were far to many chiefs and many of them did not get along, nor did they make any effort to keep their feelings for one another behind closed doors. I have worked in MANY office and business environments and I would rank this one near the bottom, as it was clear that the leadership was frayed."

What do you like about working at Jack in the Box?

"My favorite parts of my last job included the ability to work independently (trust from employers) & the people I worked with. Its great to work with people that care about their company and doing a good job. Its hard to find that environment today because so many people just dont care about honesty, hard work & integrity."

"stay positive, keep your head up high and learn that Patents is a Virtue."

What don't you like about working at Jack in the Box?

"I enjoy how busy I am and the fact that I get the chance to work threw new customers daily."

"I dont think Id enjoy my job as much if I didnt get to dig into interesting problems that others dont really know how to solve. But you cant always do it all on your own. thats why we show appreciation for the one that work aside of us, it makes it easyer to work together."

"It is important to allow employees even a short break during their shift. There were a lot of days where I was not allowed the time to eat something."

"I didn't like nothing from Jack in the Box. They didn't have communication with the people that worked there. The employee's couldn't count with the supervisor."

"Everything was bad. Disorganized, people didn't even follow the rules and not fair with employees"

"I would do differently that when my employee's would come and tell me something that a co-worker shouldn't be doing I wouldn't run to that person as soon as the employee would leave from my office."
