"I worked for Jack Henry and Associates for 13 years. There was department realignment and due to that, my role was cut. Prior to that I had been looking for more meaningful work in a different department within the company. Jack Henry is a fantastic employee with great benefits. They truly care about their employees. I was blessed to work for them as long as I did!"
"Jack Henry & Associates (JHA) was one of the best companies I had worked for during my professional career. Until Jerry Hall pasted way in 2014, he was one of the founders of JHA Jack Henry was the other founder that pasted away in 2008. After both founders pasted away, JHA became more interested in the bottom line than they were in their people. I know this hurt moral and the employment reputation of JHA. They were no longer a company that care about their employees."
"I worked for JHA for 5 years and the work environment needed improvement."
"I loved my job but newer management has led employees to be fearful of losing their jobs with no notice. This has led to mistrust of leadership and bad moral."
"JHA is a family first, flexible company that takes care of their employees. I highly recommend applying."
"Jack Henry is a large company with a lot of experience in the banking industry. They care about their employees and ensure a good work - life balance. In general this is a very good place to work."
"I’ve worked with JHA for 2+ years now and have always loved the culture, people and diversity of the company. They have powerful products that their clients have come to appreciate over 40+ years of business."
"I work in the treasury division that is rapidly scaling. There are an endless amount of challenges and the fast pace environment is thrilling. Its a great place to be if you want to grow professionally, very fast."
"Very good employees in higher managment. Gives us to much work to handle. Doesn't care about raises or compensation regarding holding two positions for one line of work. I really did like the CTO CEO and CFO theya re wonderful people and do the best they can with such a large company. They do not care about ADA or FMLA promise better benefits that never happen. No christmas bonus working extra hours when nothing is working out within the product."
"Jack Henry & Associates offers excellent pay and benefits, however, there is very minimal opportunity for career growth and development. This company is strong on middle management positions, but weak in other areas. Your ability to develop more skills/experience professionally is wholly dependent on your specific manager (they all do things different) and there are literally thousands of them at JHA. If you are looking for a job, definitely give them a shot, but don't invest too much time if you are looking to grow your professional portfolio."
"This is a lousy place to work. I should have known since everyone on the team was new. The director and employees think that they are a cool company since they have the latest and greatest technology. Applications lack documentation, there are no teams. Everyone is biding their time here and I am sure will leave in a little bit."
"I have worked for Jack Henry for almost a year. I absolutely loved it! My co workers were awesome, and a such a joy to work with on a daily. It was a challenge in which made the job even better to me. I would recommend Jack Henry& Associates to anyone."
