No christmas bonus working extra hours when nothing is working out within the product."

This company is strong on middle management positions, but weak in other areas. Your ability to develop more skills/experience professionally is wholly dependent on your specific manager (they all do things different) and there are literally thousands of them at JHA. If you are looking for a job, definitely give them a shot, but don't invest too much time if you are looking to grow your professional portfolio."

The director and employees think that they are a cool company since they have the latest and greatest technology. Applications lack documentation, there are no teams. Everyone is biding their time here and I am sure will leave in a little bit."
