"I worked with Ivy Tech for 7 years. While the mission and opportunity were amazing, I feel like they miss opportunities trying too hard to be more like a traditional 4 year college. Also, oftentimes, it appeared as central office staff was more important than regional campus staffs."

"I love working here. It is just the fact that being work study did not guarantee me a job. with that being said I have seen people get hired on to departments based on who they know, and not the knowledge that they have learned. That was one thing that was disappointing to me to learn and find out. Other than that my experience there was like no other."

"I am a passionate teacher and thoroughly enjoy working with the students at Ivy Tech. However, the administration is out of touch, extremely top heavy, and all decisions come from the top down. Faculty are treated very badly at Ivy Tech which drives good people away and demoralizes the rest. I could not in good conscience recommend Ivy Tech to a fellow teacher under the current circumstances."
