"I have worked for Ivy Tech for 12 years. My experience has been in the finance/accounting area, so I cannot speak for the rest of the college environment. I enjoy my co-workers and the ability to currently work from home. My biggest issue is there is little opportunity for growth and advancement. Overall, it is a good place to work."
