"Improve and streamline their internal email messages to faculty."

"I have worked for Ivy Tech for 12 years. My experience has been in the finance/accounting area, so I cannot speak for the rest of the college environment. I enjoy my co-workers and the ability to currently work from home. My biggest issue is there is little opportunity for growth and advancement. Overall, it is a good place to work."

"Grant funded programs are inconsistent and not stable. Most of my teaching opportunities were based on external business."

"Allowing instructors to assist in text selection could be advantageous to both the client and instructor."
