"They are always pushing numbers. Meanwhile, you are forced to give up time with your family and change your schedule at the last minute. Work-life balance is poor because numbers are all that matters to management. I am miserable and hate my job."

Faculty are treated very badly at Ivy Tech which drives good people away and demoralizes the rest.
