I also enjoy the challenges that often times accompany architecting a new and improved application that provides enhanced functionality and greater productivity in the workplace. What I sometimes do not enjoy is working with difficult IT colleagues who feel their way is the only way to develop and accomplish tasks; but luckily those are challenges I have faced and learned from."
