"I LOVE developing. Coding is my joy. Helping people by making excellent code is the best thing ever. However, I also administrate, do quality assurance, gather requirements, run meetings, and perform tier-II support. I basically run the show where I work, which is why I'm burning out. I am an extremely introverted person, so I'm unhappy to be pushed front-and-center. I feel like most Application Developers don't have this experience, even within this company."
