"Management was very distant from my level of work. I never got meet higher level management outside of the interviewing process. I never really knew who I was working for."

"I would suggest management to run a tighter ship. Make an effort to get to know your employees."

"There is no empowerment for employees to make own decisions. The leardership was no good and no company training for employees to grow."
