"Yeah, if you previously worked with upper management, don't sweat the small stuff, you're going to get it, they only hire there former co-workers and friends, regardless if you are not qualified."

"No real career opportunities."

"Treat the employees good while they are there and motivated, don't be so focused on the Dang-on Point System, it's really ridiculous."

"It used to be a place where your voice was heard and logic played a role into daily business. It has since become a difficult place to be as a manager because creativity is a threat to the job and middle management is expendable at anytime."

"If you have other options you may want to continue the search."

"A lot of decision makers with no real direction. Lower ranked employees have more say about the business than those that actually should make decisions."

"If your focus is all about work force reduction, then keep in mind there are still clients that need your attention, too much effort is placed with employee concerns rather than the clients."
