"While Iron Mountain is a fine company, I feel the CEO let the organizational structure get much to top heavy effecting the ability of the company to develop the necessary worldwide solutions it requires."

"No leadership. We've been re-orged 3 times in 9 months. No one seems to know whether they are coming or going. If there is any rhyme or reason to this, they aren't sharing it. The teams work in silos and can be openly hostile to each other - and when I say hostile I mean screaming at each other hostile. Perhaps this was a pleasant place to work at once, but not in the current environment."

"I've worked for Iron Mountain for two years. I've found it to be a strong company but with a lack of technology resources for the employees in LaTam. The company employs +10000 people around the world with several locations around the world."

What do you like about working at Iron Mountain Digital?

"The opportunity to coach, develop, and build strong working relationships with my team and peers to reach department objectives."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Depending on the department you are entering or the manager you will report to, you may have a great experience. Just keep in mind the flip-side to that. Good luck!"

What don't you like about working at Iron Mountain Digital?

"The lack of thought that goes into project initiatives before implementation. Beta testing and the feedback of front line employees is essential."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Having a customer-focused attitude is excellent; however, do not forget about the employees that deal with those customers. In many departments updated tools, system applications, and new computers are needed. Focus on retaining employees versus running them out the door for being over worked and under appreciated, not to mention under compensated. In the past year, there has been high turnover from entry-level individual contributors to senior management. Some managers that stay behind keep discomfort stirring with strong egos, my way or no way attitudes, and lack of employee support. Tighter management evaluations should be implemented which include frequent employee surveys and employee roundtables by the HR department. This will help employees understand that the open-door policy is substantial and that their jobs are protected against retaliation."
