"As a Coordinator at Invista, I had a positive experience. The company offered a supportive work environment and provided me with the necessary tools to succeed in my role. The team collaboration was commendable, and the company culture was inclusive. The compensation was competitive, and the company offered good benefits. Overall, I would rate my experience at Invista as a 4 out of 5."
"a good company people know what is expected"
"I have worked for INVISTA (Part of the Koch industries) 13+ years in several roles. Compensation is based on contributions and not service time. There are no rigid career tracks so you have the ability to control your personal and professional growth. The company is family owned which give it an edge on investing in hard economic times. Competitive compensation, vacation, sick leave, 401(K), Dental, Medical, Life and Vision insurance offered. Work structure driven by MBM Guiding Principals written by Charles Koch."
"Invista is a very good company to work for. The opportunity for advancement and training is great but the only negative the nylon business is a dying market which has resulted in the reduction of capacity over the years and the environment is one that is constantly keeping employees in fear of long-term employment because of several waves of downsizing."
"Have worked at Invista for over 5 years"
"for starting a new life, I'll try to change my horizon and move to another country!"
"I have worked for Invista for over 2 years at the Camden plant. During that time, the plant has gone through a lot of changes. In an effort to keep up with the current market, Invista has shifted it's focus on the larger part of their business and with that had to make some changes. The company has a long term vision and a strategy for getting there. It is a great company to work for."
"There is zero job security, no promotions, no raises, and all new jobs are filled with outside talent. This company routinely starts new business developments only to have them all fail, which is dragging down the core business. Poor financial performance is responded to by eliminating experienced employees, and then the company is surprised when costly mistakes are made due to inexperience. Look for more consolidations, closings, sell offs and lay offs. Those that can leave do leave."
"This company does not value people. There is no job security and turnover is 4-5 times the industry standard. You will not be able to retire from this company as they terminate employees at a high rate. The core business is being dragged down by a large number of failed new business developments. To compensate for the poor performance they eliminate experienced employees. Many costly errors are encountered due to inexperience. Your time is best spent elsewhere."
"I was given a lot of responsibility and the freedom to deliver"

There are very few growth opportunities as most of the company is manufacturing, I am young at my office, maybe 2 people under 30, but I love the people I work with in print production, they are not in my office and when I visit they make me feel special and worth while and justify my existance"
