"Job security. Tremendous degree of consternation about the future of the organization. Relatively small percentage of total DuPont sales but large contributor to earnings."

"DuPont should think about which businesses it wants to strategically commit to and make the appropriate R&D investments to bring new products to market. This would include development of lifecycle managment strategies."
