"Watch your back. If hired, make sure you put as much as you can into 401k."

What don't you like about working at Home Depot?

"I disliked having to watch your back with the the other managers. Some of them would stab you in the back to make themselves look good."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stay on the floor more. Listen to both sides of the story before you make a decision."
