"Be cautious, what is said in the beginning is not how things really are."

"Extreme hours, politics, can't trust upper management."

"Intuit has a lot of company slogans and company values, the problem is that these slogans and company values are just words. Intuit at one time had great reputation, now with the massive layoffs their reputation is not that good and I'm not sure if it ever will be. Management needs to follow through with its company values all the time, not just when it is convenient."
