What do you like about working at Interstate Distributor Co.?

"It was always an opportunity to shine by building out a enterprise class infrastructure. We were a very small staff to support offices all over the US. So I got to travel some, and work with folks from all over the US. Because of my skill in communicating with people on technical issues in a language they could relate to, I was often requested by the Executive team when working on Enterprise issues."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"It is a very frenetic environment. If you enjoy a new challenge each day, this is the place. IDC works hard, and plays hard. You will enjoy many new friendships across the USA."

What don't you like about working at Interstate Distributor Co.?

"It was a trucking company. The language used in common discussions was sometime a bit rough. I really disliked the use of the F word."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I have no suggestions at this time as I believe the management was responsible for leading the company during some very trying economic times and I believe they always sought to keep the employees satisfied in their jobs and recognize them for excellence."
