"Weekly targets are very difficult to setting realistic goals to achieve."

"Clean up the top management as it conflicts with Korean culture."

"I liked working at Bell Labs because I got to call most of my own shots and make really big deals around the world."

"The culture at the Labs was busy. You need to bring high energy to the higher level jobs."

"I didn't like the bureaucracy at Bell Labs and the over emphasis on political correctness."
