What do you like about working at Stryker?
"Employees are driven and full of energy. There are always projects that need worked on."

"Be honest, it is a long process and they do try to find a good fit for your skill set."
What don't you like about working at Stryker?
"There can be a lack of direction/training and support when tasks are taken on."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Communicate clearly to employees. Provide a clear expectation and any necessary training to meet those expectations."
What do you like about working at Lincoln Financial Group?
"Not a whole lot. Very political here, and people are robots."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"You might want to pay attention. If you see any red flags, they are called red flags for a reason."
What don't you like about working at Lincoln Financial Group?
"A lot of cronyism here. The HR department is really bad."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would evaluate the bottom 10% of the company and tell them all to go. I am pretty sure half these people would be in management."

What do you like about working at KNEIP?
"It was a great training ground for working in a startup, as Kneip was a former startup that had grown very successful. I also gained invaluable experience in streamlining internal communications; this has served me very well since then."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"If you're not a strong self-starter, or if you don't have experience in exactly the same field in which you'd be working here, the company probably isn't right for you."
What don't you like about working at KNEIP?
"There was no training at all provided, and I had to teach myself to do nearly everything. Even that wouldn't be so bad, except that my supervisor expected me to be able to hit the ground running from day one. No one could have done that!"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Provide training! But you have an MBA is not a valid response to inexperience: an MBA does not enable me to read your mind or to pick up company policies and methods by osmosis."

"I had great leadership with Lisa Becerra, the CFO. It gave me great opportunities for growth."

"It is a great company to work for. It is challenging and great to learn from."

"The financial difficulties the company was going through. There were many lay offs. It was a very insecure company to work for."

"Creative thinking for the HemaCare, Corporation leadership was a challenge. There were many missed opportunities to make the business grow."

"John Deere is a great place to work with excellent benefits. John Deere is large enough that a variety of jobs are available to choose from. Most people internally are a pleasure to work with."

"Deere's behavioral interviewing style seems to identify the best candidate, but the process is lengthy."
What don't you like about working at John Deere?
"Depending on the job or the manager, work at John Deere can be inflexible and micromanaged. Employees are questioned on the cost of tools which would improve the status quo."

"Give employees the freedom and responsibility to affect change. Some internal processes are efficient and effective, while others lack understanding and are less than ideal. Change happens very slowly in John Deere."

"It is a fantastic company, it allows me to be me. It helps employees to grow and to be the best that they can possbily be."

"Take it serious, it is a great company and you should be honored to work for such a great company."

"That it was sold, it was such a great company that believed in their employees, and business."

"Listen and communicate with your employees. They will usually accept change much better and faster as long as they are communicated to."

"I enjoyed working from home, great people, networking groups, travel and opportunities to live abroad."

"Make sure you are familiar with Dell's current strategy and where they want to be in 5 years."

"Long hours, unorganized management, lack of following through with promises."

"I would work more on engaging my work force and not just paying lip service to flexible work and work life balance and actually implement it in all areas of the business."
