"Just make sure you keep it positive in the meetings because it is stressful day in and out in the field"

"Don't over promise and under deliver. Feel comfortable in your own skin."

"Leadership was poor, and had no control over their escrow officer's and sales executives synergism. Way too much politics, and people wasting their time."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Support your employees, trust them and stop micro managing them too much. Do more background checking before you hire, and treat people the way you would appreciate them treating you. No one is perfect, but as a manager you are their to help not destroy. Be loyal to your company and your employee's. Stay within your companies guidelines but always think outside the box that will help with growth. Don't be afraid to try something different as it just might work better."

"I enjoyed working with the County Manager. I also enjoyed my position and the flexibility I was given to expand our business."

"The pay structure was not very good for experienced people."

"Since they are now owned by Fidelity National Title, I believe management will be instructed properly...Always listen to your clients and employees!"
