"I started working in the small office at Interim in November 2020. I quickly learned that it didn't matter how kind, efficient, productive or helpful you were or how late you would stay after without pay (because overtime is not approved) because you have been given multiple tasks, that cannot be done in a shift while answering phones etc. What was important is that you like to gossip and lie (to the point where they actually believe them) and you don't question anything because you will be accused of not working well with others. It's a complete joke."
"I have worked as professional caregiver with this agency for over 2 years and I have truly enjoyed my clients and my coworkers. Like all companies not one is perfect but this one is close. Should the opportunity present itself again, I would reapply for employment and hope for an even better experience."
"Worst company I have ever worked for in my life! The supervisor and HR were the meanest people I have ever met. I was forced to work in unsafe working conditions, was promised pay that they decided to reduce after hiring me, promised me 40 hrs a week and dropped it to 20 when hired and worked 12 hour days for 8 hrs of pay, wasting all my own gas driving back and forth between Ft Collins, Loveland, Windsor and Wellington. They were scheduling every day for a few to 10 hours, depending on the day."
"Very limited in decision making. My boss is very supportive and understanding, however she does not have the flexibility from corporate to be innovative or try different ways of doing things. The work place is a positive environment. Everyone does their utmost to ensure their jobs get completed."

I have worked there for 10+years and barely even get paid for vacation...usually about 17 hours. I work between 32-40 a week, but there are a few weeks a year when my family goes out of town and it messes up my vacation because my weekly hours drop below 32 hours a week annually."
