"I was most pleased with the respect given to the employees and the importance of the logistic support persons role in the companies success. I was also happy with the amount of on the job training available for advancement."

"It is very important to Intel that you are an honest trustworthy person due to the nature of the company."

"The only negative about working at Intel was the hiring freeze that was enforced after my one year contract was complete. I would have liked to become a permanant employee with advancement opportunities."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The management was very supportive. I would suggest working with individuals in training for advancement to other openings within the company and molding them to Intel's philosophy."
