"The management within the group was pretty much frozen and didn't lift others up with them. They should provide more lateral and upward movement opportunities."

"Ask the tough questions. Pay attention to the culture and the manager."

"Culture is too harsh and confrontational. Not enough mentoring by senior management. Sink or swim environment."

"Mentor junior employees and middle managers. Have a gentler culture where employees can flourish and shine."
