"This is a staffing company. I've both worked at jobs I've found through this company and for the company managing and recruiting employees through Integrity Staffing. Overall I've found it to be an excellent company with excellent managers. Main issues I ran into were due to the clients. For instance if you are working directly for the company then you don't have a ton of job security since the client can always change their hiring plans which could leave you out of a job. If you are working as a temporary or seasonal employee then you are subject to any of the clients policies. As a manager I occasionally had to fire employees that broke client policies that I felt should have warranted a write up instead of a termination. We can appeal to the client but ultimately they are the one that decides what happens."

"The company it's self I worked for treats employees like animals, the contractor would give us incentive to work not the company I worked for."

"don't tell then how talented you are because they won't hire you"

"They use a rated system that it not good at all its never right and the manager can give the units you process to their friends. and when you go to a break the rated system keep going."

"Making sure that everybody is getting and equal treatment and to make sure that the workers who work hard get hired not the ones that are best friends with the manager. and not because you are a pretty girl. make sure that students that just graduated have an opportunity to be successful and have programs that support college students continue their education so they could come back to the company with new skill and strategies to make the company more successful"
