What do you like about working at Integrity Health Services?

"I loved the experience of working home care. I enjoyed the 1:1 and devoting all of your time to that one individual so they got the care they deserved. This was also my first experience with home health and I was tasked often to do the first visit/admission which included teaching with the patients."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"This company has the potential to be a good company to work for."

What don't you like about working at Integrity Health Services?

"The one thing I did not like was the disorganization. There were too many people making assignments so schedules got changed and then some days my patient did not have a nurse at all. Scheduling issues seemed to happen frequently."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Have only 1 person doing scheduling for 1 patient and 1 backup and any changes need to be written. Good communication is always an important factor as well."
