"Integer has a very human aspect, which makes it a wonderful place to be on the day-to-day. However, as a traditional agency they have been slow to move into the modern era of digital technology. There is a lot of inter-department warfare and passive-aggressive edge to the work handoffs as some teams and members of middle/upper management seem to feel threatened by working with other intelligent and accomplished individuals and teams."
