"I enjoy insurance. It makes sense and most members understand that even when their premiums are high. The pressure to sell multiple products on every call as well as pressure to ask invasive questions in order to offer a product made me uncomfortable - also made members uncomfortable. Weekly coachings with managers were a dreaded day for everyone. Chances are the worst calls are recorded and you sit with your manager and dissect the call. One metric is your bathroom breaks - no joke."

"I might say to have them market more and possibly have a list to work from."
