"You are going to be really hot in the summer and really cold in the winter. Just prepare yourself. But the work is not hard and it can be fun."

"I did not like the rude customers that I came across."

"Don't expect perfection from your technicians. They are not perfect and will make mistakes."

"The way the Company was unable to get work for it's employees and the ability to hold on to great employees."

"Manager's who cared about getting work in the local market. Manager's who wanted to learn and share their knowledge."

"Nothing, paranoia, 60 hour work weeks, low pay, don't walk run."

"If they do not negotiate then leave, ask about benefits cost breakdown."

"Company first, second and third. You don't matter. Get back to work."

"Treat employees like they are human. Balance profits and employees. Stop the greed."

"An unique line of work with continuous growth for the foreseeable future."

"Just talk about growth of the company and how great Gravitec is. They can't get enough of it."
What don't you like about working at Gravitec Systems?
"You are required to work overtime hours for less than time and a half of your hourly pay. This really subtracts from the incentive to get the job done. A real insult to my work ethic."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Learn to use a calender.Set dates and work backwards from them. Providing a stable schedule for your entire staff would greatly improve moral in the office and lower your turn over rate."

"it is a pleasant work enviornment and an overall good experience."

"the temp work force should take the job seriously and just show up!"

"its a temporary job with no benefits and no guarantee of permanent employment."
