"You are required to work overtime hours for less than time and a half of your hourly pay. This really subtracts from the incentive to get the job done. A real insult to my work ethic."

"Learn to use a calender.Set dates and work backwards from them. Providing a stable schedule for your entire staff would greatly improve moral in the office and lower your turn over rate."
