"Dish does not have a good reputation for an easy company to work for but, that has not been the case for me. They have good training, management is helpful, and the guys I work with are top notch."

What do you like about working at Scope Services Inc.?
"My coworkers are a great bunch of people. We look out for each other."

"Unless your home is in foreclosure, stay away from this employer."
What don't you like about working at Scope Services Inc.?
"Hostile, verbally abusive management. Every morning you are required to stand in formation and be threatened with termination. If one employee out of 60 makes a mistake you are all yelled at."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Do not continually threaten to fire people! Most Scope employees really care about doing a great job. Constant threats of termination actually REDUCE productivity because everyone is angry and stressed. If one employee makes a mistake, address the problem with that employee only. Screaming at 60 people for a mistake one person made is counterproductive."

What do you like about working at Progressive Power Group?
"Four (4) ten (10) hour workweeks. Travel to jobsites via company trucks"
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"No drug testing. Electricians are tricked into becoming roofers. They beleive that everyone in construction thats not working will want to work here. Lead only makes 14-16 an hour, installers get 11 an hour, electricians get 12-17 an hour even if youre certified. That is way below industry wages. This place is a revolving door, people come and go easily."
What don't you like about working at Progressive Power Group?
"Management. Lack of structure. Very unorganized operation. Everyone who is anyone is either related to the owner or friends of the owners family. Field supervisors and leads have very high egos and attitudes. No benefits package for employees. Penny pinching on materials. Always short on materials to get job done. Management in denial when recommending input or feedback."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Learn how to run a business. Pay your workers right according to market. Get your heads out your asses and get rid of Mitch and Kyle. Your employees only work hard enough to keep their jobs, get experienced and then find companies that offer better wages."

"we transform something average in to something amazing which makes me happy."

"no they have to do their best , is hard work and the pa is not bad."

"small bussiness and there is no room to grow. I need a carreer advancement."

"Appreciate more the work his three employees do and maybe bounoses one in a while."

"I dislike people's unwillingness to work with one another. You have better odds of being successful when working with others."

"Always be able to motivate your employees, and encourage them to aim high."

"It feels like home because everyone who works there is my family. I cannot imagine life without the Phone Man because it has been there since the day I was born."

"I don't know when the last time they hired anyone was but if you want to, be friendly and know your stuff. Work is a family environment but hard work and good knowledge is a must."

"I didn't dislike working for the Phone Man but I do not want to make it a career. I want to follow my own path and that is the reason I came to college and worked for this degree."

"Keep working to get into the networking business because that is the future with VoIP phones becoming cheaper and easier to maintain."

"I would suggest that they posess a strong background in construction."

"The ability to advance. Due to cutbacks witin the company over the last few years there is little chance of promotion back in to management any time soon."
