"Flexibility. Ability to grow and manage a territory. The customer facing opportunities and being a trusted advisor"
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be honest and willing to work hard, but the overall rewards can be great. Long hours and schedule unknown until the morning you arrive at work so planning all time off in advance is a must."
What don't you like about working at DEFENDER Direct?
"As changes were implemented they only lasted for a few weeks without a true indication of how well the changes were working."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Be more engaged in the work/life balance of the installation technicians."

"Fast moving and always on the go or on the telephone talking to customers"

"No, it shut down. I wish there were more companies like this out there"

"nothing. it was a great place to work. I wished it wouldn't of shut down"

"none. I was one of the managers, everything ran great"

"I like the challenge of the job tasks and seeing your result of the accomplishments that you created."

"Dress for the job. Have a great resume. List the things you know and the tasks you can perform. Get as much knowledge of the company you are interviewing with before you have your interview."

"There is no support or recognition to the employees for their exceptional work that they have performed."

"Let your employees know that they are doing a great job, and recognize them for doing just that. They are a big asset that makes companies successful."

"They allow me the latitude to do my job as I see fit and rate me by end result. No micro -managing."

"Burn out is innevitable. You may do your job well but with a lack of accountabilityof other departments, your performance is affected negatively."

"Innadequate accountability of sales staff who are responsible for a majority of the issues but don't have any real consequences."

"Hold sales accountable for mistakes that cost the company money."
