"Be qualified and then some for your position so that you can negotiate salary. Also try to talk to some people who work for the supervisor of the section you are interviewing for."

"Although we're asked to think out side the box, when new ideas are brought to management they are generally down played as not being within our standard procedures."

"If we are asked to make sacrifices with incremental raises and commission cuts, please don't constantly remind us of how profitable the company is over last years numbers."

"The owners of Insight Investment are the best that I have ever worked for. They genuinely care about their employees. They only hire the best and require the best from their employees. The work is interesting and very challenging."

"The interview process can be grueling. Stay positive and show that you believe in your abilities. Show a little personal side of you, humor for example."

"Advancement opportunities are few and far between. The management staff have worked there for many years and there is very little movement."
