"While I worked for Insight Global they were the Contract Company. IBM was the company I did the actual work for. Insight should get a solid 5 stars across the board. IBM should get average scores as they did not provide us the resources, the software, or the time to do the job well. I did the best with what I had and learned a lot though, and IBM is a great place to learn about Corporate America. Note that things got much worse with the new CEO as they are gutting the entire IBM company for profit."

"Worked for 3 years at Microsoft through IG. While working for Microsoft is fun and challenging, the representatives of IG leave some to be desired. In my 3 years here my account rep has changed 4 times, often without me knowing until I try to reach out to someone for 3-4 weeks and finally getting a call back that they are gone. The benefits from IG are horrid, like, insultingly so. For a company that is contracting with Microsoft (which has amazing benefits), this is bad."

"This is a wonderful opportunity if you do not require a professional atmosphere. The company likes to drink at the office yet demand solid work to be done while they play around in your ear as you do your job. If you don't party with the office expect to be the black sheep and treated badly whether it is deserving or not! Feed everyone empty compliments and you're good to go. Very 'fake', highly unprofessional, but they deserve props for the facade. The trick to these jobs... get everyone drunk."
