"Insight Global only recruits bright-eyed college grads who are eager to enter the 'real world' and work hard. They promise that if you work hard you will get promoted in 6 months and make big $$$. This is pretty much a huge lie. They only promote very few and everyone else quits. The pay is basically nothing and you work every day from 7:30 am - 6 pm in a suit and heels. If they don't like your outfit, they will confront you and send you to change. They work you until you have had enough and you decide to leave. They don't value any employees and are not afraid to let anyone go. If you are one minute late you are in jeopardy for being fired. The upper management are drunk men and all the account managers making them money are beautiful fun young girls. It's a pyramid scheme if I've ever seen one and I feel bad for anyone who is still working for them. College grads beware."
