It takes hard work and dedication to get promoted, but the reward is completely worth it. The commission structure is the most competitive in the market, and the people in the company truly take care of each other. I had a medical situation arise, and the entire time I was recovering I was taken care of by my office. The entire company (38 offices) also pitched in to help me out and I have never even met 90% of them. When I came back to work, they helped place me in a new position since I was unable to continue with my previous position for health reasons. I absolutely love coming to work knowing that I get to see my friends everyday and have the potential to earn uncapped commission. I can't imagine working anywhere else!"
