"I've worked for Insight Global since 2013 and I have never worked for a better company! It takes hard work and dedication to get promoted, but the reward is completely worth it. The commission structure is the most competitive in the market, and the people in the company truly take care of each other. I had a medical situation arise, and the entire time I was recovering I was taken care of by my office. The entire company (38 offices) also pitched in to help me out and I have never even met 90% of them. When I came back to work, they helped place me in a new position since I was unable to continue with my previous position for health reasons. I absolutely love coming to work knowing that I get to see my friends everyday and have the potential to earn uncapped commission. I can't imagine working anywhere else!"

"I've worked for Insight Global for about 2 years now. I was promoted in 7 months and had an amazing amount of training in my transition into account management. Insight Global is the perfect place for type A personalities who thrive in highly competitive environments and see results for going above and beyond the norm."

"My one year anniversary with Insight Global is coming up this January. Throughout my time with IGI I have been promoted to the Account Manager role and learned about recruitment, sales, and overall customer service. I can relate to people of any background better than ever before and I truly believe I have gained important skills that are transferable in any occupation."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Ex-internal employee."

What do you like about working at Insight Global?

"The people who work there are great, young and enthusiastic. However, it has a similar feel to college sorority and fraternity life. I learned a lot of general business knowledge throughout my time working for Insight Global. There were lots of happy hours and after-work events with the team."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If interviewing for an internal position, be sure to be personable, and energetic. Be sure to talk about how you like working hard for your money, and that you like the idea of the harder you work the more you make. Be yourself and be confident."

What don't you like about working at Insight Global?

"Definitely a what have you done for me lately attitude. Job security is at a minimum, and it is very difficult to make the kind of money you are sold on during the interview process. The benefits package is a joke: five days of vacation in year one, and working up to ten after, like, three years. Plus, asking for a vacation shouldn't be as difficult or nerve-racking as it is made out to be. 401k matching is pretty much non-existent. Getting in at 6:30 a.m. and leaving at 6:00 p.m. is not worth all the hassle involved unless you are fortunate enough to land a big account and make enough money."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Treat the individuals working under you as adults. Taking a 10 minute break to grab a soda isn't the end of the world, and neither is a day or two of personal vacation. Keeping people happy will most likely help the turnover problem this company seems to have."
