"It's all about statistics and knowing how to manage the funnel for continuous goal attainment."

"Their many different license models were a bit difficult to understand at first, but I got used to it."

"The actual footprint of the layout of the office structure. It was not ergonomically set up for productivity."

"Count the buzz words the manager says, ask to see your comp plan before day1."

"Stop treating employees as expendable, electroshock therapy, building products out of solutions you built once will-never-work."

"Good training source for better paying jobs elsewhere. San Diego is better than Burnaby, but it's a playground for kids."

"The company's mission statement, the goal of enabling participation, the people are good. Social activities."

"You won't stay long, but you'll learn a lot. Be careful of what department you're in because you can be canned for little to no reason."

"Sub market compensation, throwing reps at a market without doing research.... sink or swim. Fire people for little or no cause. High turnover."

"Learn about a market before throwing a rep at it. Support a market with marketing. Communicate with employees before jumping to conclusions."

"HAVING THE FREEDOM TO SELL OFFICE PRODUCTS, IT PRODUCTS TO ALL BUSINESSES AND UNIVERSITIES THROUGHTOUT THE UNITED STATES, AND PUERTO RICO"

"THEY LAID A BUNCH OF US OFF BECAUSE THEY SOLD THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS TO BUSINESSES IN THE CARRIBEAN ON A NET 30 INVOICE AND THE BUSINEESES DID NOT PAY THEM BACK. AND THE COMPANY SUDDENLY HAD FINANCIAL PROBLEMS"
