"Business process simplification should be a priority in order to process orders more easily. Ease of doing business is a key to customer satisfaction."

"Bring your A game. You need to maintain a professional image at all times. Do not discuss your personal life with people at work. It helps maintain the professional image."

"It was a very political environment, but I was able to deal with it."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Utilize managers' comments on who to keep in a reduction of force situation. They could have gotten rid of some under-performers in other departments and kept some of the top performers they let go off of my team."
