"Bring your A game. You need to maintain a professional image at all times. Do not discuss your personal life with people at work. It helps maintain the professional image."

What don't you like about working at Avaya?

"It was a very political environment, but I was able to deal with it."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Utilize managers' comments on who to keep in a reduction of force situation. They could have gotten rid of some under-performers in other departments and kept some of the top performers they let go off of my team."
