"Yes, stay positive because they try to trip you up on the changes of certain campaigns when you start making extra commission from what was originally projected."

"The people were not the best examples of a corporate structured environment."

"Make note of the employees that want to grow with the company."

"Vacation policies."

"Improve. Also make sure you have qualified folks at the helm and NOT folks who were grandfathered in."

What do you like about working at Acronis?
"It gave me the opportunity to get into my field as a 25 year old with no experience. I am very grateful for that."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Just always be yourself and be honest. Always...always, end with a close. Ask why you would not be a good fit for the position...that way you can address any any concerns right there on the spot and close the deal. Send an email as soon as you go home thanking everyone you've met...send the emails individually...no group Thank you..It gives a much more personal touch. Hand write letters if you think there is enough time. People are losing the old fashioned way of doing business which was a personal relationship. A letter is better than sending 100 emails."
What don't you like about working at Acronis?
"Honestly, it was the management. Some were related, some were only interested in the impending sale of the company. I feel they also let too many good people go. They were great people and hard workers...but I guess that's the nature of the business."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"They are under new management now. I'd say, call me...maybe I should come back to work there :)"

"I enjoyed managing multiple Small Business Accounts for the company as I represented in the capacity for consultant, conflict resolution, new account acquisition and retention. I had autonomy and authority to conduct my business with heads of companies and enjoyed thoroughly the relationships developed and growth I was able to facilitate through my customer service, sales and marketing skills."

"Be yourself and showcase your skills, background, and training."

"That the Inside Sales job department was closed down with no chance of career advancement"
