4 This was an excellent company to work for. The only thing is that their developers don't seem to have a clear direction sometimes and get stuck for a long time. They also lack the manpower to do half the things they want to do and pull in people from different departments, slowing the processes even more. Otherwise, the work environment is really fun and very rewarding.

2.6 No formality on software development. No functional specifications nor designs. Was given all the spaces needed to make decisions in my space as a subject-matter-expert then some people that didn't have any clue about my work started to question every decision I had made and made judgments on the quality of the work that was done. 4.2 I liked the company a lot. I personally didn't really like the work environment, because I was working on a project by myself, and I would much have preferred working with an actual group. But the people were great, and so was the company.
