"This was a great company to work for, however, it has been absorbed into Pioneer Electronics and is no longer autonomous."
What do you like about working at Discovision Associates?
"I had great growth opportunity and was respected by upper management. They were very generous in their compensation with annual bonuses and company trips."
What don't you like about working at Discovision Associates?
"It became difficult to work when Pioneer decided to absorb the company. There was a lot of tension due to downsizing. DVA also was a little gender biased at times but they were willing to work on it and overcome it."

"Various challenges on the government contract we supported."

"It is a very Corporate Environment in which at times became survivival of the fittest mentality."

"Treat employees equally and mentor them to do their best."
