"I like the leadership I work with and for. The guidance my direct leadership gives is worthy and respectful."

"I would like management to recognize good performance and work."

"Prudential is a solid organization with intelligent people working at all levels."

"Many of the tools used, particularly for managing projects, are outdated. Some processes could be more efficient."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"There needs to be a process to reevaluate existing processes."
What do you like about working at WSI TIME?
"I like my IT staff and the constant challenges that we are faced with. We constantly strive to develop IT architecture that leverages the newest technologies to solve operational issues at some very large corporate organizations."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Outline you commission structure upfront and make sure that your work gets the proper credit and is not bundled with the work of the entire IT staff."
What don't you like about working at WSI TIME?
"The amount of work that we are tasked with in not congruent with the compensation. Management does not consult with us in the initial contract negotiation, even though our work is the defining characteristic of the initiative. Additionally, my commission is tied to the overall profitability of each contract, of which I have absolutely no discretion over."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Consult with the IT staff prior to engaging in a large scale IT project with a corporate client to ensure the timelines, costs, feasibility, etc."

"Allowed me to serve users from diverse environments providing the best service."
What do you like about working at THQ?
"The users I supported were all from diverse environments. They expected great support and I delivered that support and more."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"The studios are no longer in business due to THQ Inc. cut backs and layoffs."
What don't you like about working at THQ?
"Was not able to have vacations longer that 4 to 5 days. Vacations had to occur on holidays to enable me to extend my time. Managers seemed to no understand that without the hardware the software was not going to do it s job."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"To better understand that the services IT performed made each users job easier."

"The people over the years made us all feel like is was our home and not just another job."

"The acquisition, we were a profitable company that was bought out for a subsidiary that we purchased."

"If the option was there I would of only sold the subsidiary and kept the rest of the business together."

"Clearly define and understand what is expected of you and what you have to offer them"

"Company was sold three times in five years causing much uncertainty for the employees."

"Continue to use the computer systems in aiding the production and capacity planning"
