"Get to know the person that will be your supervisor. LOMA has a very diverse group of managers."

"Supervisor was micro manager; offered little to no help/guidance; constantly second-guessing. Atmosphere/work environment was dismal."

"New intranet website. Make the work environment more user friendly and welcoming."
