"IUF had great supportive people, all working for a noble cause. These people were a pleasure to be around. Gold Star People. There were some politics involved, but it always seemed people identified first with the Foundation's mission."

"This place is full of motherly types, so don't be surprised to have a few baby or puppy visits during the work day."

What don't you like about working at Indiana University?

"My Executive Director was horrid. She was demeaning, dishonest, spiteful and an all-around embarrassment both on the job and in public.Plus I was commuting for up to 3 hours a day."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Mine was a bad experience, but I had my own hand in it. It was before my Exec. Director was even there, but still...it happens. It wasn't as if management were unsympathetic. I made the best decision for everyone when I left."
