"They expect you to be a slave. Everything has to be done yesterday and you are not even appreciated."

"No growth potential. Boss favoritism is apparent. Too much politics."

"Change everything. Management is not present at all. Support service in the group is non-existent."

"Maintain a positive approach because one never knows where the next break or discovery is coming from."

"I would like to obtain an industrial position where one can see an immediate impact on problem solving"

"I think any PI can run his/her lab as the see fit. Having a PI take a consistent approach is always good for lab morale and task accomplishment."

"Choose appropriate programs to apply and be specific when providing previous experiences."

"I quited from this institue to travel to China to take care of a sick family member for several months."

"No, the current means of management of IUSM works fine."
