"I liked the people, and the company president. Enjoyed the independence of the position."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be prepared to not make much money early on because you do not have a base of business to draw upon."
What don't you like about working at EPSTEXAS?
"Sold the same product lines as several large distributors in the area. Difficult to compete against national contracts."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"None really. This was a very small company that had a marketing niche. I think the owner would have been better served delegating more responsibilities to his employees and sales staff."

"Unlimited growth potential, encouragement to do your best and continue your education, great team efforts, strong moral mission, excellent educational setup."

"Ask questions! You're not there to be scrutinized, you're their to be interviewed and to have the opportunity to interview the person on the other side of the desk, as well. Get to the nitty gritty!"
What don't you like about working at Primerica?
"Weak training for new recruits, not a high success rate for those with a lack of personal time management or organization."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Come up with an employee manual, and one synchronized way to train new agents for a more positive effect on the market."

"They hired a new CEO did not listen to his ideas for improvement and he walked. His ideas were good! Hmmm....communication issues"
